WOOP Up your Life (Points of You Online Workshop in English)

Description
WOOP is a science-based mental strategy that people can use to find and fulfill their wishes, set preferences, and change their habits. You will have a chance to share your plan with the group and receive coaching and support.
In this workshop we will combine the WOOP (Wish, Outcome, Obstacle, Plan) Model with the Points of You® Coaching Game to bring together science and imagination to help you overcome internal obstacles and achieve your goals.
